Gloria María Milagrosa Fajardo García known as Gloria Estefan, born in Havana on September 1st.,1957 . Singer, songwriter and actress, has sold an estimated 90 million albums worldwide, being one of the most successful Latin singers in her career.

With just 16 months old, Gloria Estefan had to leave the island of Cuba with her parents for political reasons, and after a few years in Miami the family decided to move to Texas in the United States, where his father had been assigned by the army at that time. From an early age she felt curiosity for music, which he expressed by means of a guitar.

Over the years, with the idea of ​​a musical group known Cuban-born Emilio Estefan, coinciding often in trials of the newly formed band which they named "Miami Sound Machine".
